We are ready to take your call!
At CW Sports Travel, we provide professional, reliable travel and logistics solutions for sports teams and organisations across the UK and Europe. From grassroots clubs to academies and professional environments, we help teams travel with confidence — removing the stress and complexity that often come with organising fixtures, tours, and camps.
Founded by Craig Waters, CW Sports Travel is built on extensive experience working within elite football environments, including a Category 1 men’s academy. That background gives us a genuine understanding of how clubs operate and what is required to deliver travel that supports preparation, performance, and player welfare. We know that when travel runs smoothly, teams can focus on what matters most on the pitch.
We specialise in managing the full range of sports travel requirements. Whether it’s a single away-day fixture, an overnight stay, a domestic or international tournament, or a full pre-season camp, we plan and coordinate every detail from start to finish. Our role is to take responsibility for logistics, allowing coaching and operational staff to concentrate on performance, development, and safeguarding.
CW Sports Travel works with a wide range of organisations, including grassroots clubs, youth teams, academies, schools, colleges, and professional clubs. Every group has different needs, and we take a tailored approach to every project. Age groups, competition level, schedules, budgets, and safeguarding considerations are all carefully factored into our planning to ensure a smooth and well-organised experience.
Through trusted partnerships with transport providers, accommodation suppliers, training facilities, and tour operators, we deliver professional standards at realistic and competitive prices. Our network across the UK and Europe allows us to source quality hotels, reliable transport, and high-standard training environments in key locations, including the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Holland, Poland, Belgium and other european counties available.
What sets CW Sports Travel apart is our attention to detail and our understanding of the sporting environment. We don’t offer off-the-shelf packages — we work closely with each client to build travel solutions that fit their objectives. Clear communication, careful planning, and dependable delivery sit at the core of everything we do.
Whether you’re planning an important away fixture, exploring overseas tour opportunities, or preparing your squad for the season ahead, CW Sports Travel provides a trusted, professional service you can rely on. From initial enquiry through to safe return, we’re with you every step of the journey.
